Team Shaw Caribbean business community is proud to have members located around the world, including Europe, Southeast Asia, North America, and the English-speaking Caribbean. Our community is diverse and includes entrepreneurs and public servants from a range of fields and industries. How we got started
In December 2021, Lexann McPhoy, an entrepreneur and Caribbean Nail Technician Educator joined Total Life Changes to use products to improve her health, and add a new stream of income. Subsequently, she persuaded her partner, Theo “The TLC Guy” Alleyne to join her, based on the success she achieved in her first month in the business. Together, they built a business community of Caricom entrepreneurs helping each other to succeed in business. Members of the community learn how to develop skills, and techniques with a goal of earning at least $60 USD per week."
What we do
Team Shaw Caribbean is a business community dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals to succeed in business, including the health and wellness industry. Through mentorship on business principles and marketing techniques, we aim to provide the tools and support necessary for our members to reach their financial goals and improve the overall health and wellbeing of their clients. We understand the unique challenges faced by these individuals, and we are committed to helping them thrive in this rewarding industry. By supporting and learning from each other, we can all achieve success in business, together.
